Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information FootyMinds (known as Ters Köşe in Turkish) collects, how it is used, and your rights as a user.
1. Information We Collect
FootyMinds is a local party-card game. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our own servers. All game data (scores, settings, custom cards) is stored only on your device using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults).
2. Third-Party Services
The app may use the following Apple platform services:
- Apple Game Center – used for optional leaderboards. Game Center is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- SharePlay (FaceTime) – used for optional multiplayer over SharePlay. No game data is stored by us during SharePlay sessions.
We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking frameworks.
3. Data Retention
All data created by the app (game statistics, custom card packs, preferences) lives exclusively on your device. You can delete all app data at any time by removing the app from your device.
4. Children's Privacy
FootyMinds is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
